I’m Kyle Peeler, a marketing project manager in Wilmington, North Carolina, with a long background in visual design and brand work. Before moving into project management, I spent more than 14 years building campaigns, systems, and creative across digital and print, including 8.5 years at Live Oak Bank.

A lot of that work sat at the intersection of brand, execution, and real business goals. I worked across campaigns, web, email, social, events, print, and other customer-facing touch points, helping turn ideas into clear, usable creative that could scale.

Over time, I found myself pulled just as much toward the structure behind the work as the work itself. I liked helping teams get aligned, bringing clarity to moving parts, and creating better flow between people, priorities, and deliverables. That naturally led me into project management.

Now at BlueTone Media, I focus on helping projects move forward with strong communication, organized process, and a creative foundation that helps me understand the work from both the strategic side and the execution side.

I still care deeply about good design. I just also care about what helps good work happen in the first place.
